Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Oklahoma County, Oklahoma, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or severed if modification is not possible. The remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

SMS Communications Terms
By opting in to receive SMS messages from Redeemed Analytics, LLC, you agree to the following terms:
You authorize Redeemed Analytics, LLC to send SMS messages to the phone number you provide, including appointment confirmations, service updates, and, if separately consented to, promotional messages using automated technology. This consent is not required for purchase or to receive our services.
Message frequency varies based on your service activity and preferences. Transactional messages (confirmations, updates, reminders) may be sent at any time. Marketing messages will be sent no more than 2 times per month unless otherwise specified.
Standard message and data rates from your wireless carrier may apply to all SMS communications. Redeemed Analytics, LLC is not responsible for any charges from your carrier. For questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider.
To re-subscribe to SMS messages after opting out, reply START to any of our messages or contact us directly.
You may revoke your consent at any time by replying STOP to any message. Upon opting out, you will receive a single confirmation message and no further SMS will be sent. Opting out of marketing messages does not affect transactional messages related to active services.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Redeemed Analytics, LLC is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages caused by carrier issues, device incompatibility, network congestion, or other factors outside our control.
You must be at least 18 years of age to opt in to receive SMS communications from Redeemed Analytics, LLC. By opting in, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older.
Your information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. No mobile information, including phone numbers and opt-in data, will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your data.
We may modify these SMS terms at any time. Continued use of SMS services after notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Analytics
This website uses Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to measure website traffic and usage. By using this site, you acknowledge that aggregate usage data may be collected for website improvement purposes.
